Complementary

Wound management often requires more to provide flexible and comprehensive solutions. Complementary products include wound contact layers and impregnated sterile dressings for atraumatic dressing changes and a total contact cast, which is a preferred treatment for diabetic foot care according to international guidelines.

Wound contact layers

As primary wound contact layers Cuticell® Contact and Cutimed® Sorbion® Plus allow for atraumatic dressing changes and promote undisturbed wound healing – due to fewer necessary dressing changes. Furthermore, Cuticell® Contact, with its transparent silicone coating, allows for an easy wound inspection.

Ointment dressings

Our two assortments Cuticell® impregnated with ointment and Cuticell® Classic impregnated with paraffin prevent the adherence of secondary dressings to the wound bed and therefore allow for minimized pain at dressing changes. Due to fewer necessary dressing changes an undisturbed wound healing is promoted.
